Privacy & document handling
Your documents stay private
Files, extracted text and results are encrypted at rest. We do not create public document links. Account owners can download or delete their own documents.
External processing needs your consent
Google Document AI receives the file for OCR. OpenAI receives extracted text for the operation you request, after you consent. Provider copies follow their own retention and the configured regional policies.
Retention and deletion
Access expires after 24 hours, then scheduled cleanup removes originals and derived results. A request already sent to a provider cannot be recalled. Downloaded copies and infrastructure backups have separate lifecycles.
File scanning
When scanning is required, suspicious files and files that cannot be checked are quarantined and cannot be downloaded or processed. You can delete them.
Content-free reporting
The operations dashboard records page and token counts, durations, states and cost estimates without filenames or document text. Content-free totals can remain after document deletion.

Service status
This is a staging-validation application. Billing does not activate automatically. Prepared examples are clearly marked. Processing notice version: 2026-11-05. Operator identity and launch policies must be finalized before commercial use.
